I have a bgs charzard from hidden fates the beckett sub grades are edged 10 corners 10 centering 9.5 and surface 9.5 would it cross over to a psa 10

It’s impossible to know with 100% certainty but it sounds like you may have a good candidate. It would be easier to pre-grade with pictures - happen to have any available?

Maybe but since theyre different companies its hard to do a 1:1 expectation. Id be worried at the 9.5 surface score.

It’s not a particularly hard card to get a PSA 10 in, so I think you have a good shot. If you crack it and submit, you’ll have a much better chance than sending it in as a cross.
