Do Black Label / CGC 10 LV.X cards exist?

I really really hate the bgs pop report so i cant really check, so does anyone know if they exist?
English are extremely hard to grade but japanese arent particularly hard in my experience.

Even if you loved the BGS pop report you’d still not really be able to check either as 90% of the cards they’ve graded don’t even show up on there.

Until I see ten card submissions coming back with 100% of these grades, I’m not convinced they are much more than a mint card with good rng

Not sure about english, but I graded a Japanese Zard Lv.X black label about 3 years ago from the deck.
