I have few old PSA slabs with minor to mid scratches on them and the others have streaks. Is there a safe way to restore them? I have heard about applying Meguiar’s PlastX (or ScratchX) on them but worried about chemicals. Have anyone used those products? If so, how was it? Also, is this safe if you’re planning to have your slab signed? Please advise.

Yes, I always clean my slabs unless they are fresh from PSA. Here are my protocols.
Minor Cleaning (removing fingerprints, dirt, etc.):
- Microfiber cloth / Tissue / Q-Tip
Sticky Gunk (often from sales stickers or PWCC labels):
- Goo Gone
Scratches:
- PlastX
These products are 10/10 in my book. PlastX specifically will make your slabs shine like brand new.
If you decide to clean your slab before getting it signed, I would make sure to remove all chemical residue. Microfiber/non-abrasive cloths should be sufficient.

I would second everything @Dyl said. PlastX works wonders on scratches.
