Card was graded a 10 by PSA. Front is flawless by the way. Just wondering how much the white part in the top left takes away from the card?

The two dissatisfying answers to your question:1) grading is subjective2) 10s aren’t [necessarily] perfect
If you were to crack and resubmit it multiple times, I’d bet you’d get a 10 sometimes and a 9 sometimes on it. Some graders may never give it a 10 if they saw it, some may look at the rest of the card and if it’s flawless they may be tolerate a small defect on the back. I would not say it’s a misgrade. I wouldn’t even really say it’s a weak 10. I will say it’s not a strong 10 in my opinion and if it was a 9, it’d be an ideal 9 to own 
In the end, you’re buying cards for yourself. Whether it bothers you or not matters a lot more than what anyone else thinks, including PSA.
