Double Holo Error Shining Gyarados?

I am quite new to this and still a bit uncertain even after reading the threads here regarding a double holo error on shining gyarados. Would anyone be able to help out and let me know if my shining gyrados has a double holo error?

sorry what? I was too distracted by this beautiful card. It does look like a double holographic to me. But I’m by no means an expert on this one.

Imo it’s a double holo. A way to find out is when this line of white clouds stands up against the rest cos the lesser opaque white layer makes the sky darker as there is more holo showing.
