Apparently this has been announced for some time, but I only came across it in the last few weeks. I’ll post links to the website for your own information and some thoughts/info I have managed to gather.
This is totally separate from Dragon Ball Super TCG and the cards will not be able to interact in any official way. Consider it it’s own thing, because it is.
Notes:
Dragon Ball Super TCG doesn’t exist in Japan.
Dragon Ball Heroes is purely Japanese but is an Arcade Card Game. The only thing it shares with DBS is DBS repurposes a lot of the artwork.
The cards are A LOT calmer, design wise, than DBS and DBH cards.
Fusion World will have Japanese and international release. Plays like a traditional TCG.
Will have online code cards for a digital version in the packs. DBS does not have this.
It will have your traditional slew of increasing rarity tiers, and they have confirmed and revealed some SCR Alt Arts for the cards:
Supposedly the digital version has a beta going on so I’d be curious to see what actual TCG players think.
Thoughts?
