E4 Signature Exchange 2025 đź“ś đź–‹ - Sign ups CLOSED đź”’

Welcome Back E4!

It’s that time of the year again for the Signature Exchange Event YEAR 3!

3rd Times the Charm

Just as the year prior, I am looking forward to beating out last years numbers of participants & raised funds for E4! This year, I look forward to accommodating for even more people joining our fun event. I have another E4 binder that is needing more signature cards from more people in the community. :scroll: :fountain_pen:

But if you are new to this event and want more info, these are the results from last year: The Results Thread

This unique event is designed to be more of an interaction with the E4 community in a broader way by collecting signatures of your fellow members that you communicate on a daily basis here on E4. Not only this, but the signature event is a wonderful way for our community to raise funds for the continued smooth operation of E4. From the United States to Japan, people from all over the globe have participated in this annual event.

We continue this yearly tradition of the Signature Event with hopefully many more to come! Last year we had 49 members participate from all around the globe including Norway, Japan, United Kingdom, The United States, and many more! Through this event, it feels like the physical distance between all of us shrinks significantly, putting together each of our binders and admiring the time and effort put into it all.

Everyone’s cards and dedication to this event blew me away last year! Not only did we have a lot more creative ideas last year, but also we had some straight up experimental idea from some members like @lyleberr , putting wax stamps on each and every on of his signature cards.

Also, some members expressed concerns with some mysterious tokens found in some packages… Wonder what that was all about…

And how can I not mention all the effort and skill some members went into making last year’s even more special such as @cyberurchin who meticulously hand illustrated each and every participant’s Pokémon on their designated card…

And not to mention the one and only @bbobrob who hand crocheted mini E4 pokeballs on each and every one of their cards… just insane the level of detail that went into something like this.

It just blows my mind the dedication and love people put into their cards every year for everyone in the event.

I appreciated all the effort and thought that went into last year’s event. But more importantly I am VERY EXCITED to start the 2025 New Year off with a much-anticipated thread. The 2025 E4 Signature Exchange interest thread is here!

To reiterate from last year:

This event is not a competition but a celebration—a chance to come together, enjoy collecting, create cherished memories, strengthen community, all while raising funds to support E4.

If you choose to participate in the E4 Signature Exchange you are expected to:

Unfortunately (and fortunately) I think this will fall right in the middle of when my wife and I are due to have our baby, so I’m going to have to pass this year! That said, I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone puts together!

What better time to use babymon cards? Congrats on your upcoming child though, even if they are already getting in the way of the important things… :unamused:

Ohhhh boooyyy. Hey just make sure you deliver you “cards” by pallet to make sure the size and weight can be handled. Who knows what you’ll do this year but I for one am looking forward to it

Dont think that I forgot that you gave me explicit approval to “have fun with it, whatever that entails”. Im cashing that approval in before it can be revoked! I cannot confirm or deny size or weights of my “Signature” cards at this time until more test supplies arrive. The good news is that it probably wont be a full 60 card deck per person yet… probably.
