Listing a bunch of new cards leads to impressions as new listings show up in saved searches.
Maybe some of your best cards in your inventory sold, so what’s left isn’t as popular.
Maybe eBay pushes different sellers at different times. Seems like card sales are in bunches. 10 orders one week, then 0 the next

I do want to add, others have talked about ‘poking listings’ in the past:
If there’s no interaction with listings, they seem to get ignored. If you simply interact with the listings, it seems to poke the algorithm.
