Have done a lot of large deals with him with no issue so echoing the above. He is here as @canman202020 but hasn’t signed on in a long time. I’ll e-mail him and see if he is fine with me posting his e-mail over here for the advertising it will provide him as it seems to be a frequent question that pops up lately given all his amazing listings.
