I have a question about the eBay vault. When you buy a card on eBay the seller sends to psa for authentication then after authentication psa sends the card to you. When buying a card that is in the eBay vault it’s already been authenticated before going in the vault. Does the eBay vault send to psa again for authentication then it shipped to you or does the eBay vault just send it to the buyer directly?
It goes from the vault to the buyer.
