English Unlimited Jungle and Fossil Booster Box Variant

I have the below two variant of the English Unlimited Jungle and Fossil Booster Box. They are both made in USA, and with only one country code at the bottom of the box.

I believe this variant is extremely rare. At least they are extremely hard to find on eBay. I have only seen two of these boxes for sale over past 3 years.

Does anyone know what kind of booster variant are in these? Possibly 1999-2000 fossil non-holo cards (like the made in Australia version)? Cosmo holo fossil variation? If you have opened these before, please let us know what’s inside!

We know the Base Set booster box with this variant contains 1999-2000 Made in USA booster packs (see link below)

So, does this mean this is the last made in USA print of the Jungle and Fossil set, which contains 1999-2000 copyright booster packs? (like the Red Logo Made in Australia version, but regular logo and made in USA)
