I was looking through ebay listings and saw this back of a psa card and thought it looked different from something I’d seen before and different from some others was wondering if anyone had any insight to whether it is a fake. 
Looks fine, just a miscut label:)
Okay it threw me off i just watched a video showing the back psa logo with the 6 smaller logos that show only when under certain lighting? are they like this when the light isn’t shined on it where you can still see the area where it will appear?
I’m confused at exactly what looks fake here?
I can say with the highest level of confidence this is legit.

I was confused as I’ve seen listings without the PSA small logos visible but you could see the psa lighthouse logo on the back. Like this. this may have been an older label I’m extremely new to the whole psa graded thing. I’ve been collecting on and off since I was a kid.
They are constantly changing the logo. I’ve yet to see a PSA fake that is even remotely believable. If someone was going to do a fake though it probably would be something worth more than an unlimited shining raichu and it would probably be a 10
