What is you favorite Pokemon card under 10$?

I occasionally sell some cards on eBay, and plan to start including an additional card for every buyer as a nice little surprise when they open the package.

I thought I’d ask you all your favorite cheap card/artwork, or just what you’d personally be happy to receive as a bonus/freebie card. It can be modern or vintage, set card or promo.

I don’t want to break the bank, so the cheaper the better lol. Also just wanna check out some dope artwork that I haven’t seen yet. Thanks

This was my first gen 2 pokemon card. I love how the japanese southern island has gen 2/neo pokemon with the original era card layout. Its the only set with the combination:

I love the “winner” series rockets mewtwo. You can get a played one for under $10. That or just good ol’ base set unlimited charmeleon.

Unlimited Dark Magneton! I love the way it has the team rocket shadow/silhouette cast in the background.

Reverse holo Munchlax from Diamond & Pearl base set!! It’s the rookie card of a pretty popular Pokémon, and I picked up a LP copy recently for only $1.95.

My favorite artwork is just a few USD in sealed/NM (the cheapest English error illustrator version at least). So I’ll just leave this here. :wink:

A number of the modern Japanese Pikachu Promos can be had for $5-10, especially if you’re buying in bulk with the idea of including them as freebees.

Red’s Pikachu, Comedian, Grafitti, 20th Anniversary, Cherry Blossom, etc.

Probably pushing it on the price a bit but:

But I’d also be happy to receive any e-series reverse too. So much good artwork in those sets and you can still pick up the reverses for relatively cheap.

I don’t know why, but when I was going through cards a couple of days ago, I came across this Diglett:

I absolutely love the art. I’m starting to think I need to collect Komiya cards as there are a LOT of them that I like. There’s so much personality!
