It’s one of the gift boxes released by media factory. 
Gold box, the one you linked to, was the first released in 1996. It the rarest of the three.
Team Rocket was released in 1997. Pretty rare to find, but not as hard to find as the gold.
The Red/Green is the most commonly known of the three, the easiest to find, and was released in 1998. The '98 is the only one with unique cards inside.
