Goku stopped using it at the end of Dragon Ball. So it’s just not relevant.
To throw in my two cents, I think it depends on a lot of circumstances. Are they fighting in the Superman universe or the Dragon Ball universe? If it’s the DB universe, Goku could instant transmission both him and Superman to Other World where Superman wouldn’t get his boost from Earth’s sun. I don’t know how much that boosts Superman’s powers since I know very little about him.
Also, what continuity of the characters are we using? In the Dragon Ball Super manga Goku used the hakai technique (although not successfully) which literally erases the target from existence, a technique that he didn’t use in the anime.
But if I have to choose I pick Goku because I like him more

Goku is a master in the martial arts, he has the edge in hand to hand combat thats not even a debate. Hes trained martial arts from when he was born for the greatest masters in the universe.
Hes faster than superman (instant transmission is literally teleporting and faster than anything).
Whos stronger? Not sure about that one. Maybe superman?
Goku can turn SSJ God in the blink of an eye now basically. How long does superman need to absorb the power of the sun? Does he need to be in a specific universe or instance to gain his full potential? Legitimate question.
We know goku can do these things, there are no factors that need to be in play like the sun being present. Does superman have the ability to be at his strongest whenever he pleases or does he need to be somewhere specific or under specific circumstances. From what I read, its rare that superman absorbs the power of the sun and its on very special occasions. Thats why Im asking. Goku can do it on the spot. Instantly.
Are we talking strongest form of goku vs strongest form of superman…or are we talking “on sight” when they randomly cross paths. Who even made this thread? Its so broad
