I think this is a misprint even though there are many of them. Should evolve from GrimmsnarlV not RillaboomV
Came in a box set of cards
It’s fake, it’s not even debatable. There are only a handful of legitimate metal cards and that’s not one of them
It’s not fake when it comes right from the pokemon company
It didn’t. You opened fake product. You have been bamboozled.
It’s fake, 100%. Sorry for the bad news.
Do you have a picture of the product/box it came in?
If you look it up it’s a real card. A lot of people are selling it and it’s a gold foil card not a metal one. And no I don’t have the box as my son threw it out
I get that it’s hard to admit you are mistaken, but do you think everyone here is just stupid or something?
www.reddit.com/r/IsMyPokemonCardFake. Youre welcome to post on there or read to top post for more examples. These cards are known fakes.
100% it is a fake card.
It is tough to accept the fact that you bought a fake product. With time you will start to understand the differences.
Also, you posted on a very knowledgeable Pokémon fourum. There is no incentive to tell you false information.
I’d recommend checking bulbapedia before buying more cards. If you don’t see the variant of a modern card listed, its most likely a fake.
Guys, we cannot know for sure that his card isn’t a one of a kind error that just so happens to look like exactly like the thousands of fakes made in China.
Just wanted to move this into it’s own thread from the error megathread
If you know it’s real (which is isn’t), why do you have the word fake in the title?
Mod made this thread
Understandable thank you
These fake cards from China are everywhere in the U.S. If it makes you feel any better, I’ve seen many parents (and their children) get tricked by them.
If you have questions about the legitimacy of a card in the future, please feel free to ask us. We are experts here and have no incentive to lie to you.
I hope that you are able to get your money back.
