I’m working on a creative art project (I’ll post pictures when I finish) and need to acquire a good amount of graded cards…preferablly PSA but I’m open to other graders. I know a lot of people grade bulk and fail to get the grade they need and are left with cards that just sit there. This is a chance to recoup those costs.
To avoid high costs on my end, I’ll probably avoid buying tens but I am trying to keep the cards uniform (graded 7-10). Commons, uncommons, rares, UR, etc.

Offering $7.50 a card - buying 21-50
Offering $7.75 a card - buying 51 -100

All I need is a picture of the lot beforehand (not individual photos). Mind you, these don’t have to be awesome cards. cards like a modern uncommon PSA 8 does the job which probably only has value because of the fact that it was graded, will do the job!

In the Uk it costs me over £10 just to grade a card never mind the card price, would anyone sell a psa 9 card for anything less than $10? Surley any PSA 9 card would be worth at least double that? I think if you get any at these prices I might start an art project 
As stated in OP there are a lot of modern common and uncommon cards graded hoping for a 10 (in which case they can be sold for a nice small profit. But sometimes these cards get graded a 9/8 or even lower and of course nobody would want to buy these because the jump to a 10 is very small. The people who grade these cards will have these lower grades in bulk and this is an excellent way to get rid of these.

Yes I just would of thought any card that grades a 9 and even a 8 would be worth more. Good on Barry for his art project it was more I was curios how many people would sell at these prices when surely they could get alot more even on a common card at PSA 9?

I doubt that there is a (huge) market for 8-9 graded modern commons, I think that this is a good way to just get rid of junk that would just sit in boxes
