You know, I didn’t think much of that when I saw it. But much like the Devolution Spray and Electabuzz in early print runs there is quite a variance. Lots of extra green, just like with the other two cards.
Is it a variant, I suppose so. Is it well known, nope.
My assumption it was mostly on early print run cards. That’s where I saw most of the green tinged cards. Granted I haven’t opened an Evo pack in a long time so not sure if later runs encountered similar color variants or not. So is it a variant? I’d say yes, but demand is nearly non-existent and there should be a ton of them in the market.

Thank you so much or the reply Scratch, does this mean all the pre release ones are green? I’m a bit colorblind so I’m having a hard time even noticing. I do have a pre release one, that I could compare to the regular ones.
Sure thing, I can’t speak for the entire run of cards but I took a look at the 3 pre-release packs I have and all 3 are that green tinged flame. My guess is most if not all the early print run share this.
