Has PSA ever removed your pictured slab during the QA stage?

My grades came back earlier today and my 1999 TOPPS checklist came back a 10, but when I checked the submission 6 hours later, the picture is no longer slabbed. Has anyone experienced this? Hoping it doesnt mean they’re changing the grade :crossed_fingers:

Yes and it reappeared in a few days, just give them time for the system to correctly rearrange it self. Ive had grades revealed to me and then few hours, certs became “invalid”. Only for the next day it was back and fine. I would only be worried if it was a week after and the images were not updated, or you receive email of qa damage

I agree with @gdark. I wouldn’t think too much of it. Likely an internal update and nothing indicative of damage or changing grades.
