Help! Release information about snorlax variants

Hello everyone

In my search to complete snorlax in all languages iv come across a few cards with variants in English that i wanted to get confirmation if they existed in other languages.

I have searched cardmarket with no luck hence why im now here to see if they are rare and exist or im wasting my time looking :joy::joy::joy:.

First up is the call of legends pre release card. Iv been able to find this in German but finding it in any other language seems impossible leading me to ask was it even printed in other languages as a pre release.

Second up is the boundaries crossed / teapig half deck in Japanese snorlax. I’m needing to know if that was printed in Korean. I know at this point in time Korea was following Japanese release but this deck is a Japanese exclusive and the Korean version much smaller. Leading me to think it didn’t make it to Korea or become a promo for them in some way.

Third and forth are the cosmo holo variants of the swsh base set and rebal clash cards. In English these got released in two separate product one being a 2 pack blister the other being a tin. The two pack blister iv found in French but no where else while the tin I can not find anywhere besides English.

And lastly the swsh promo from chilling reign that was in three pack blisters I’m assume yes it was released in Italian but I can not find it anywhere so wanted to confirm I’m not going crazy and it has to be somewhere.

If I come across any others I’ll be sure to post here to but for now any help on these would be great.

The funny part is you technically do because you look for them for me just as much as I look for them for me

Do you collect unique variants? Like holofoil variations?

I don’t know of any way to help with your request on this thread, but I want to say, wow, that’s an achievement, and congratulations on having so many of the known cards in existence! Do you know how many you are short of fully complete, assuming these you’re asking about exist?

Thank you for the kind words. I’m missing a lot still as iv only just started doing Europe languages (hence this questions aimed at European cards) and Thai Korean indo I’m about 50%/85%/50% respectively. I was hoping someone from Europe was on here and could be like yep that got released here :joy:. I’m planning on making a thread highlighting all English snorlax as a ref point.

That artwork doesn’t appear to be printed in Korean. I’ve looked on the Korean Pokémon website: 포켓몬 카드 게임 and searched for Snorlax (잠만보), and don’t see it among the list. The website is a.f.a.i.k. accurate from the BW era onward (for older releases it might miss some cards/sets here and there).

As for the other cards, I’m not sure. I’ve been unable to find any pictures after a quick search, FWIW. Except for this scan of the Italian SWSH119 promo: https://www.pianetahobby.it/pokemon/carte-singole/promo-1/snorlax-swsh119/, but unfortunately it’s not a photo of a physical copy (and it’s also out of stock), so I still doubt it was actually released as a card. Modern promos with distinct promo number usually shouldn’t be too hard to find, unless something went wrong during production (e.g. French SM190 Detective Pikachu promo with movie stamps, for which most DVDs and Blu-Rays contained English/German/Italian copies instead of the French ones).

PS: Regarding the two-pack blister you have been able to find in French but not in other languages: this could indicate it was solely released in Canada. There are a few more examples of this, where certain cards were only released in English and the French-speaking regions of Canada, and none in Europe.

This makes a lot of sense I didn’t think about that. And also thank you for pretty much confirming the Korean info for me to.
