I’m making this thread as its a recurring problem with Heritage. First, I have to preface by saying I have a very high opinion of Heritage. I was good friends with one of the owners sons, and have many great experiences, including their website layout. 
However their shipping times are brutal. I remember when people were losing their minds that their pwcc shipments were taking 7-10 days during the buyout. Heritage is the record holder for slow shipment. I recently won a few items on November 1st, and they still haven’t shipped (I am typing this on November 25th).
I am curious if anyone else is experiencing this atm. I know pokemon cards are more of a niche for them, but almost a month to ship an order is just wild.

Yeah they are definitely slow but also half the time now they ship stuff to me before I even pay so I’m not complaining haha
I have experienced it multiple times during this year, so it’s definitely something common

My last few items I won there a couple months back took over a month to actually ship. Once they shipped, the delivery time was fairly quick, just receiving the items takes forever. You would think when an auction is set to end at a certain date, and you know exactly what you plan to ship out (ie all of the items in auction) that you would have everything set up and ready the moment the invoice is paid for. It seems a little crazy to be paying thousands of dollars for such slow delivery.

Had a card from Heritage take over a month to ship about a year ago. Still better than Goldin shipping a $5,000 card UPS ground with no signature. Still glad it didn’t get stolen

HA takes like a month to ship around december 
edit: sometimes u can resell ur stuff without it even leaving the warehouse
