And now for some more wholesome news. Akira Egawa and Atsushi Furasawa were signing posters at Worlds this year. It appears Mrs. Himeno was able to get an Egawa autograph.
It’s very sweet to see the two illustrators together. I guess Himeno went incognito and never revealed who she was until after the fact…
The reaction seems very suprised. I’m glad they can be fans of each other 
I didn’t get to meet Egawa but had the pleasure of meeting both Himeno and Furusawa. Here’s some pics:
These guests really made worlds more special and hope more continue to show up for Anaheim worlds next year 
I still find it wild to believe that Himeno was in line to see Egawa…and was in line to do that lucky dice roll game in order to get the autograph wrist band. I’m surprised no one noticed Himeno. Unless she was super incognito and in disguise
I think the majority of people that recognized her were courteous enough to give her space. Including many e4 members. Rare pokemon artist / fan interaction W
