And the best shinies award goes to hoenn I will appeal and say this literally how good are these shinies they created some of the best once in hoenn. Shiny rayquaza is surely the best of all the shinies till date. Shiny metagross is such perfection. Shiny gardevoir and shiny breloom are excellent ones and surely one of the top 10 shinies. Shiny camerupt and shiny milotic are top class. Even the once which i put in A tier were also S tiers if we consider these pokemon in any other bland shiny gens.
With excellent amount of good ones I can loudly say Hoenn has the best set of shinies.
