Hole in the shrink on the bottom of a Lost Abyss booster box?

I purchased this from a Japanese seller on eBay. It arrived with a hole in the shrink on the bottom that doesn’t look like a tear. The seller has less than 20 feedback and has sold 4 other boxes as well as Pokemon 151. When I asked about it, I was told it’s the Pokemon center official seal.

I did see one other sold listing with three boxes that had a hole in the same place. No idea what to believe, so if any members here could offer some perspective I’d appreciate it!

It could be resealed. Even big websites like Mercai cannot be trusted.

It looks to have a uniform edge around the opening. Doesn’t mean much, but the sealing process could create a hole like this if the end wasn’t set properly… It doesn’t mean it’s re-sealed, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t… A little odd. Any other red flags?
