How long does it take for trolland toad to receive your buylist?

I submitted my buylist and shipped it on april 9th, its currently the 15 and i havent heard anything.
any reasons why?

I’d just check your tracking number.
Usually shows as “received by TnT” after 0-3 days of tracking shown as delivered.
You won’t “hear anything” from them until payment is sent out
