I was searching threw my Pokemon cards that I used to play with as a kid and I found this one Pokemon that I’m not sure if it’s a fake or not but I can’t seem to find it online. can someone identify this card and mabye tell me it’s value?

Did you really search at all? I just copied Celebi prime 007 and found one on google and ebay on the first search…
It’s a Japanese Celebi Prime I assume? Obviously the value depends on the condition…
There are 2 on eBay right now, on price range of $15-$20. Both are on bad condition though, I wouldn’t pay that price personally for a damaged Celebi Prime.

Sounds like a fake card to me. Just take a picture with your phone, upload it to imgur, and post the link?
Sorry to tell you man but that’s definatley fake. Prime cards never said prime on them and they were foil aswell.
