Just starting to binge watch the TV series on Pokemon.com. I only ever watched the first 3-4 season from my childhood.
Anyone else here not watched them all? Looking to understand the newer side of pokemon. I’m already having to skip the intro and thinking on the Team Rocket spiel
I only ever watched up through the johto league but I dont remember it really. I have the first 52 episodes memorized thanks to Netflix lol
I was grounded from TV while Brock was still there. My sister had to explain to me what happened when he left and how this new guy Tracy joined. I didn’t watch too far after that.
Yer I just about remember Tracy from when I first watched them

Not a single episode - I wasn’t allowed to watch channels that had the “over the top-in your face-colorful kids advertisements”. That’s why I only watched friends play the Pokemon games & didn’t understand anything about it until I had my first DS in 2009 with SoulSilver. 
I don’t even remember how I acquired my old Pokemon cards - probably through trading YuGiOh.
Edit: I did watch one Episode of Sun & Moon on Netflix last year. The art style didn’t really resonate with me, I believe they actually returned to the old one with the newer series 
Only watched up to Black & White Series. I personally enjoyed the Hoenn Battle Frontier season as well as the Diamond and Pearl Version with the best parts of the DP series being towards the end
some episodes and some jhoto, thats it. I really liked the old animation
Watched all of Indigo into Orange Islands. Since then, I have returned to the anime recurrently but find it difficult to stay engaged for entire seasons at a time. That being said, the new series is pretty good. To date, I’ve been keeping up with the English subbed every week.

I watched the original series and the Orange Islands. Stopped sometime around when the Johto League made its debut and never got back into it.
I really did enjoy the original series.
I’ve seen most episodes from the original, Johto and Advanced Seasons. From DP seasons I’ve seen some episodes here and there. I’ve seen first few episodes of BW and that’s it for me. I haven’t seen any episodes of XY or Sun & Moon.
Now I’m very confused when it comes to the second season of Pokemon because Wikipedia says that season 2 wasn’t aired in Finland and I’ve definitely never seen the Orange Islands theme song in Finnish. But looking at the episodes of Orange Islands season I’m sure I’ve seen some of them like Volcanic Panic, Beach Blank-Out Blastoise, The Misty Mermaid etc. So my theory is only the first Orange Islands episodes were shown here and they used the OG theme song for them. I can’t remember seeing any episodes where Tracey was in and I was so confused about the second Pokemon movie because Tracey was there and not Brock and I had no idea who Tracey was.
Also not all episodes of Johto seasons were shown here. Which means I have some gaps there. I guess that was done so we could catch up with the US faster. Kinda weird tho.
I think I’ve seen maybe 15-20 episodes of the original. It was pretty entertaining. But Batman, Spiderman, and Dragon Ball Z was more my thing. I watched the first movie and Detective Pikachu as well. And I’ve watched the 4-part Origins cartoon since, which was an amazing recap of everything that was great about Red/Blue.
As a kid I’ve watched until the third generation I think, not entirely sure anymore.
But I’ve watched every single one of the 950+ episodes, 25+ movies, and 50+ special episodes (the ones I could find at least) a few years back. Coincidentally, I’ve also watched three Sword & Shield episodes yesterday evening. I’ve watched a lot of anime in general these past three years (already finished 75-100 full series by now). Although Pokémon is pretty predictable, and in terms of anime not very good, I still love it regardless and keep on watching.
