Pretty underwhelming bleed tbh 
I dont think it would command much of a premium (well, at least to me). Its a pretty light holo bleed that appears to only visible under bright light and at certain angles.
From my experience, keeping cards in a humid environment can result in this occurring, so there is no guarantee it is even a factory printing error.
