It’s impossible to know an exact number but it’s decently rare. Only awarded at the 2004 Battle Road tournament. Keep in mind back then Pokémon wasn’t popular so significantly less were awarded compared to a current event.

It’s somewhere in that “mid-tier” of rarity. Only given out under certain conditions in a short time period. Rarer than most set cards and most other promos but not quite in the upper-tier either.
Thank you to you both! I was consdering buying it, but on eBay there’s a remarkable difference in price bewtween sold items and for sale so I wwas trying to figure out a price^^
