Just curious about this this one 
Bearing in mind there’s very few scratches on the Holographic foil of the card and some of the whiteness on the reverse isn’t actually attached to the card and just from using my scanner (especially on the light-hand-side), and I hasten to add that I’m aware that it’s rather impossible to give an accurate grade from pictures ~

Guessing 7-8 as well.
I’m in the same boat. 7/8 depending on how bad the scratches are.
It would be a PSA 10 IN THE POKECAVE!/s
But in all seriousness it would be a 7 or 8 like others have said maybe higher or lower depending on the grader that you get

I agree with the above posts. First impression was a possible 8, then thought a 7 depending on the scratches. And there always seems to be a guaranteed print line or two on this card lol

If you put it against a black background we would be able to get a better estimate on condition.

Send it to CGC, get a quick return and sub grades.
Looks like a solid 7
