I think that is likely what happened, but I find it weird they would they would take out more than just the holo.

@sacari, Were all of the cards not base 2000? Some of the base 2000 packs have standard unlimited holos.
not a single one was base 2000, pretty confident the pack was resealed unfortunately.

sellers ebay name is aklnence, purchase was in an auction for 2 booster packs. One was 4th print and the other was not. He was selling off maybe 6 sets of 2 packs in auction. I placed low bids on all of them with no real expectations and ended up winning one of them. Ended up getting what appears to be resealed packs. In communication with the seller.

do the cards appear pack fresh? what order were they in? were there any signs of a resealed pack besides regular 1999 base cards being present?
