Since everyone seems to be making tier lists lately, I figured I’d make one as well. I thought about making one for Pikachu, but it would take a week to make and a week to fill in, so let’s not do that. Instead, here a tier list of a less popular Pokémon, which is my personal favorite: Seviper. I thought it would be both fun to see a tier list of a Pokémon not a lot of people look at, and see what your opinions are on the artworks of my personal favorite Pokémon. I’ve also included both Pokémon TCG cards that feature a Seviper: the Team Aqua’s Kyogre EX from Double Crisis and the Battle Frontier trainer card from EX Emerald/EX Power Keepers.
I learned that I like a lot of Seviper art! The team aqua one is definitely beautiful, but I think my favourite has the be the EX Sandstorm one. I might have to find one to purchase soon if it’s not too pricey.
Yeah, I had the feeling that one would be near the top for a lot of people. I dunno, I personally don’t really like it. Seviper’s pose is a bit awkward, although I do like it’s head in this artwork. Also, the Zangoose looks very weird to me personally. For years I didn’t even knew that that part of the artwork was a Zangoose.
Don’t get me wrong, I like all Seviper artworks, even the D tier. There isn’t a single bad Seviper artwork imo, which is great for my collection goal. But compared to all other Seviper cards, I personally like all other Seviper artworks more than the EX Sandstorm one. ¯\_🙂_/¯
