This is a very niche subject, so I hope someone is able to help me.
My latest submission shipped from Europe is being held by customs. They claim they need the importer’s EIN number to continue. I provided them with Collector’s universes EIN number since they are the parent company. As far as I can tell it’s impossible to find PSA’s EIN number online.
Does anyone have similar experiences?

My best guess is since Collector’s Universes is the one you’re sending it to and doing business with that’s the EIN number you would need to provide them, but that’s a guess, your best bet is to contact Collector’s Universes and ask them what to do, I’m pretty sure they’ve had this happen a vast amount of times before and will be able to point you in the right direction.
Perhaps because CU isn’t really importing them?
Items for grading will be returned after appraisal, that’s something different as export/import them.
