I remember this card being from a Walmart exclusive tin in 2009/2010 when Platinum Arceus came out. While collecting all the arceus cards in Japanese I have never been able to find this card or any info on this card in Japanese. Is this an English exclusive? Anyone have info

Yes. English exclusive. English got quite a few exclusive art Lv. X with tins.
Arceus(#DP53) Charizard #DP45, Garchomp #DP46, Rayquaza #DP47 and Darkrai DP#19(Quite possibly the best Lv. X art imo)

As it was mentioned, this card indeed did not release in Japanese. It is not an English exclusive though, as it was also released in Italian and German.

Yes, DP56 is English exclusive. It took me AGES to get a PSA 10 copy of this card as it was POP 3 back in 2016 and still only POP 4 today.
I believe I have the most recent sale of this card as Steve Aoki bought my PSA 10 copy off eBay a few years ago for $5,000.
I actually regret selling as I was the only person at the time to own every English Arceus card in a PSA 10. Paying $150 for the PSA 10 copy back in 2017 indeed seemed like “a lot” but it wasn’t on the ‘stronger-10’ side enough for me to never sell.
