Is this a misprint/error?

I couldn’t find a mega misprint/error thread. If there is one, kindly move me over :blush:

This Dragonite EX has a weird white dot on it’s rear bottom border. The best way for me to describe it is that the card looks like it’s missing ink. Has anybody ever seen such an error? I just thought it was neat so I picked it up.

surely just a drop of a chemical like nail varnish remover or bleach would make a white stain like that

Hmm I didn’t think of that. I’m no expert in the pokemon card chemistry department, but maybe I’ll try that on an energy and see if it behaves similarly. Thanks!
