Is this a resealed booster box?

Hello, I ordered this burning shadows booster box from eBay. The seller has over 17,000 reviews at 100%, but the booster box and the packs seem a bit off. Can someone clarify if these have been resealed? I bought it because it had the pokeball wrapping, but the photo on eBay was apparently a stock photo as you can see the wrapping is loose (stilled sealed) in the pictures. The glue look at the top of the booster packs concerns me as well. Also, when I shake the booster packs lightly the cards move around a bit. If it is indeed fake, any recommendations on how to approach the seller?

Thank you very much!

Thank you smpratte. The eBay listing classified it as “This listing is for one new Pokémon Burning Shadows Booster Box” Clearly this is an inaccurate item description…

I would return it if you plan on holding this box long-term as an investment.

Looks that way. The seller is most likely a bulk flipper with that much feedback. So, he probably wasnt the one that did this. May have got it off an amazon returns bulk buy or something like that.

I got it to get the secret rare zard the hard and expensive way, but mostly for the excitement of opening. In response to how the seller got this box and their others they said “ This sealed box was fresh from a sealed case shipped directly from Pokemon, and drop shipped from the distributor.”

I’m having a hard time believing that, but you all probably know better than me.

There was another thread with the exact same scenario.

Thank you for sharing that smpratte. I haven’t opened any of the packs yet, but will take a video and see if I get the same results.
