Its tough to tell over the internet but I wouldnt buy something youre unsure of especially if its that expensive. Is the seller reputable? Im sure there are people on here who can tell but even then be very cautious. People get very creative nowadays
The seller looks like someone who has sold a lot (nearly 1k feedback on ebay) but don’t think they sell pokemon/know pokemon. They seem like a flipper.
That’s a big red flag
Anyway, nobody here or anywhere will sign off on something like this from pics alone

Agreed, pics look okay but at this point in time, I will only buy high end sealed product from known, trustworthy sources.
It’s listed for half of recent sales from a seller with 96% feedback and 0 other items for sale. Just pass on it
