Is this considered an error card?

Hello everyone, this is my first post, hope that I got the forum section right for my question.

I recently went through my childhood collection and found this Jolteon card:

I wonder if this double print is considered an error card, could not find any information / saw nothing similar online.

I have a unlimited Base Seel like that, but it’s not even close to being as severely shifted as yours. Very cool and definitely a legit error!

That’s a fake card, unfortunately.

I honestly thought you took a really blurry photo until I realized it double printed. That’s pretty cool!

Im gonna go with, yes, it’s probably an error.

I don’t see a red dot anywhere, so it’s impossible for this to be an error.

No seriously, yes this is an error.

Not sure where you get this. Certainly OC but the font looks dead on, nothing I can see is a dead giveaway that it’s fake. Doesn’t mean it can’t be fake though, more pictures would help.

I am pretty sure it’s not a fake, I vaguely remember that I was pissed off as a kid when I found it in the pack. Also the card is same size as the others and back looks fine.

It immediately looked fake to me, but maybe I’m wrong. The corners jump out to me as inconsistent with early WotC corners, especially the bottom left corner. Back pics would help confirm

The fact I don’t think is fake, Is that I am Italian and I was buying foreign packs from the shop who was importing them (legit shop still running).
So only possibility is that he got fake packs (which is possible I guess), I am no expert so I trust your judgement.

All the other jungle cards I have looks fine.

Maybe I’m wrong. But I’ve never seen corners like that on early WotC cards. Jungle corners don’t have the same curvature that yours has. The corners on yours immediately looked totally off from all of the Jungle bulk I have.

Nice. Check the major authenticity points. If confirmed, that’s a cool error.

Blurry pic hard to tell. Lol

Am I wrong in thinking the curvature of corners doesn’t look correct for early WotC? But if, after considering the corners, gemmint still thinks it real, then trust him lol.

Some more quality pics of the front and back would help verify if this card is real or fake.

Make sense have done one front:

and one back:

It’s in a sleeve that’s opaque. Not saying it’s real here. But take a few high quality pics outside of a sleeve. There’s a lot of things to look through. I cannot even confirm if it’s the right font from the pic.

This is not a confirmation on anything. Simply a take the next few steps.

If it turns out real gabe, gemmint is gonna have a panic attack. Be on your guard.

Because OP’s photos aren’t posting (you have to type ‘.jpg’ after the imgur URL)

Look at the bottom Pokemon logo. Compare to the back of an authentic early WotC card. It’s fake (although I believe that this was confirmable solely through the front pic in the sleeve)

The corners are clearly visible in the pic, and they are glaringly off.

Either way, see the back pic. 100% fake, unfortunately.
