If it was a ‘secret rare’ should’t it be numbered higher than the set?

I guess not if it’s a mini set with all secret rares like the gold Japanese 25th anniversary Pikachu and Pokeball that have normal set numbers. This seems too high quality to be a fake but I have no proof, just my gut feeling, could easily be wrong.

We have seen one of the Pikachu cards with a set number of 26/25, so we know extended numeration for this set does exist. I forget which card it was but I think we saw it on the Japanese web page with all the different Pikachu promos detailed.
It definitely looks good. If it’s real then it’s not a secret rare and is just part of the set.
Edit: Nevermind, I just went to double check and this is not correct. I forgot the Japanese sets are numbered xxx/028, among other alternatively numbered subsets. Ignore me.

Assuming this is legit, it makes a reappearance of the Shining CoroCoro Mew a bit more unlikely, as they probably won’t have the same shiny species twice in one set. I wouldn’t mind being proven wrong though, the old Shining Mew would certainly deserve an English release. I also think the English 25th stamp on the leaked card is bearable, I didn’t even notice it at first glance.
Just witnessed on numerous IG accounts, a leak of a JUMO V-Unison Pikacu and Gold Star Greninja.
