Is this Shining Charizard fake? Shadowing is weird

See attached.

Looks fine on the 2nd pic though…

the holo is slightly misaligned with the image.

Ok thanks, my knowledge of shining cards is poor

Is that on EBay? Could you link to the listing? That texturing would be damn near impossible to fake so I would think it’s just a bad camera/weird lighting

I just looked at both of my shining charizards and it is slightly misaligned on one of them but not to the degree of the one in OP

Update: seller appears to have cancelled bids and removed the listing. Hmmm.

Probably accepted an offer offsite or decided to relist later as a BIN. The card is legit.

I watched one of TCA Gaming’s PSA return videos last week [part of his largest purchase ever series] and some of the cards that he got back were 1st ed. and unlimited shinings. One of which was a Charizard that had the holo misaligned. Can be found on his channel, but it is a legit card

Yeah, it’s legit, but keep in mind that there are others out there that have better or near perfect shining alignments. This is uncommon.

These particular cards may or may not sell higher than the ‘worst misaligned’ ones. I can’t remember if a card with perfect alignment actually exists, though. Anybody can fill in for this one?

OP, the card has been re-listed.

Here’s the TCA video:

You only need to watch the first 1:30. He auctioned the card off awhile back. I actually think it’s pretty cool.
