Thank god it isn’t permanent though! That would’ve been absolutely miserable and wouldn’t really have made much sense either. It’ll all be back in due time. Japan just needs to hurry up and get this dang vaccine passport or something up and running so they can at least partially open borders again.

Not surprised to see them shutting down for a bit due to covid, but I was surprised to see that two locations are closing permanently. I wonder why that is with the demand we have seen.

The increased demand is for product though, not empty shelves or walls of plushies.
TPC have made it abundantly clear they won’t scale to demand, and you don’t need massive physical storefronts to shit out product through lotteries, botmasters and nepotistic western backchannels.
