The Japanese Rocket Gang set has 65 cards. For the other promo cards with the R symbol that match this set are the only ones for the master set the Persian vol 3 fan club promo, Meowth and Computer Error corocoro promos, and the kamex computer error white R promo? Are there any others missing from this list for the master set?

As far as Japanese promos with the R symbol goes, I think you have them all in your list. I am not sure if there any prominent error cards from the main set which you may also want to add but I think your list should be complete as is.
