Hi all,

I’m giving away a Kabutops box topper from Skyridge! I’ve tried giving this away 2 times now and…nobody claimed it. SO, I will turn to good old E4, where I’ve done giveaways before and everyone has always claimed prizes!

Anyway, TO ENTER you’ll need to work for it (at least a little). Get down on the floor and do a plank (look it up on google if you don’t know what it is…) and time yourself how many seconds you can do it. Then, that number of seconds is your Pokemon. So for example if I can do it for 60 seconds, I respond to this thread with “Poliwag” (it is pokemon #60). Here is a list of all pokemon: pokemondb.net/pokedex/all I’m guessing no one out there can hold it for more than 809 seconds, but who knows ha. I’ll pick a name in around a week’s time. Thanks!

Ok, that was harder than expected… My arms and toes started shaking halfway through already… Anyway, I made it through Krabby. Just past the 1:30 mark isn’t too bad when I never do strength/cardio exercises and I’ve never done planking before I guess. (I do sport though: playing badminton 2 days in the week including competition matches and usually cycling towards and from the sports hall unless it’s raining hard - cycling the way back is usually quite a bit slower than the way there :laughing: )

Oh, and thanks for doing the giveaway and let us do a bit of exercise at the same time!
