Jigglypuff is her favorite pokemon and I wanted to get a card for her present. I’ve googled and searched ebay but none of the artwork really stood out for me. I then remembered its signature marker from the cartoon and couldn’t find any card with it.
Is there any card with Jigglypuff carrying the marker?

Can also probably find some Topps cards with Jigglypuff and its marker in-hand.

I would be all over it but sadly it is in Japanese. I don’t really want to dip my toes into that market just yet. The US market still has so many more cards I want to get my hands on.
