Latias Goldstar ungraded

I found an ungraded Latias Goldstar from Deoxys that seems in pretty good shape. From plenty of photos I’ve seen, it’s probably PSA 6 or 7. The front is REALLY nice, but some noticeable wear on the edges on the back.
The guy wants 150 Euros for it, including shipping.
Card is German.

Is 150 a good Price?

I should add that I bought a Mew Delta Species Goldstar from him for 90 Euros that was in good shape, so I do trust him on the condition.

That sounds pretty expensive. $185 for a PSA 6 when you can get an English PSA 8 for around $350? Or does being German increase the value?

Psa will not grade the card as it is German.

If you want that card badly 150€ is not a bad price since these are quite rare in german. But if you’re not in a hurry a card in better condition for a similar price might pop up.

I have seen German PSA cards on ebay.

Psa will only grade base set cards that are German. Any other set will not be labelled as German and shoudlnt have been graded but slipped through the cracks.

That’s … odd. Why is that?

Weirdly there have been several ex Deoxys gold stars in German graded. Maybe because they have the same name (Rayquaza, Latios, Latias) in German as in English?

PSA have graded many non-base german cards. I’ve seen gold stars such as rayquaza, mew, latias/latios all graded by PSA. Mostly ones that have the same name as they do in english. Even though they shouldn’t have, there are definitely plenty out there.

I would expect the names are a factor in the mistakes.
