Is there a compiled list of ALL known non-official Pokemon TCG card sets such as Topps, Cardass, Sealdass, Meiji, etc?

Not sure, but depending on how much you want it to be complete we can work something out
The amount of non tcg is just huge so not sure how realistic it would be to source through all of them, there’s a thread with a lot of them + some detective work if that answers some questions The Giant Pokémon non-TCG Identification Thread
