Any dents or dings will automatically bring the card down to a PSA 6.
The surface you show seems like a normal card surface, there is no binder dings I can see on those pictures.
I see it, but that’s very minimal. It looks like a 7 to me. PSA 7 is Near Mint, and worst case you’ll see a 6 or a 6.5 since they’re giving half grades right now. I don’t think I’d blame the seller.
I can really only see it on the back side, but it is hard to see so it might get missed by the grader and get a higher grade and only you will know about the defect. But it will probably be spoted and get a psa 6.
Ah, now I can see something, it wasn´t noticeable without your arrows for me - I think jkanly already gave you the appropriate advice, worst case is a 6 when they account for it as a real indent, otherwise it could also go up to an 8 (+?) - I´ve had a few PSA 8s in my posession that had slight indents/curls on the corners that came out like that from the pack, they didn´t see those as a crease.
PSA has been giving half grades since 2008… Also, if it has a noticeable dent or ding like OP says then it will automatically drop to a PSA 6.
I didn’t say that half grades are new thing. I said “right now”, as in, there’s a statistical increase in half grades as opposed to previous years. The last time a measurable increase in .5 grades was noted in Pokemon was in late 2018, if I remember right.
If grading was “automatic” that sure would solve a lot of PSA delays
