The Pokémon TCG: Marnie Premium Tournament Collection includes:
She’s the alternative trainer. Just like a lot of us were alternative kids/outcasts being into Pokemon when we were kids, rather than sports or whatever. She’s relatable.
Yeah yeah, Marnie full art supporter is nice and all but is nobody else looking at the trainer toolkit v2 in the announcement? Likely to have an exclusive deck and alt art Crobat V in it. Now I just need for them to show what the next battle academy box will look like to keep current on my deck collection.
I managed to snag the set in Japanese. I really wonder though if it will be sign or not? I getting i feeling probably not seeing as there is no news about other trainer bede and Hop trainer card though they are not as popular.
Pokémon: Let’s create a strong independent underage female role model for the Galar region.
Also Pokémon: Let’s give her a really short skirt and draw her from an angle where you can see as far up it as possible without it being illegal.
Can y’all stop being weird. Pokemon is quite literally a game made for and primarily targeted to children. It makes sense that most of the characters in said game are similarly aged children. Relatability sells for all ages, if you can’t relate to any of the characters in a game, there’s a much bigger chance that you won’t like the game. Marnie is just a child wearing a dress with a jacket. It’s so weird how she’s so sexualized because she’s not wearing a full length dress or pants. There’s nothing sexual happening or implied by someone in a dress sitting on a bed practicing smiling with their Pokemon, hello. I should not have to say this but stop sexualizing Marnie just because you can see above her knee you amish nuts
Full disclosure: I do not like Marnie. I have never bought a single card of hers, and I do not plan to. I am just generally not a fan of the style she was given.
