Yeah, sure it’s unlikely. But that’s just a crossover I’d love to see. What’s something you’d want to see?
For crossovers specifically:
Digimon x Pokemon (imagine all the Fusion Pokemon fanart styles - it would be amazing).
Power Rangers X Pokemon - old school 90’s flair all around.
Anime Classics x Pokemon - Sailormoon, Dragonball, GHIBLI (can you imagine a Chonk Pikachu x Totoro???!)
I also wish they dived back into old portrayals of Pokemon from Japanese media in the 90’s. I miss the gag-themed cards like Ooyama and Imakuni stuff and wish they double dipped into that.
I would also love to see more seasonal and regional variants. They should scrap the idea of Megas and Dynamax, and just for “different species” of the same Pokemon. We have enough Pokemon as it is, but finding more seasonal/regional variants would reflect our world a bit more appropriately and breath new life into Pokemon.

As a massive Pokemon and Godzilla fan I would love to see that crossover. I highly doubt that would ever happen but it would be cool. Godzilla vs Kong is coming out soon so Pokemon needs to make a Tyranitar vs Rilaboom card pronto.

Ghibli would be awesome. I think that’d be the most likely crossover since the pokemon company leans to the more child friendly IPs.
If they’d stick with Nintendo I’d love to see Zelda or animal crossing. And for the western market Disney would be great.

@slippingjimmy, I would LOVE an Animal Crossing crossover. I saw pictures of some Pokemon as villagers and so badly wanted it.
