I found 2 pokemon topps cards a weedle miscut with a wartortle? And a sandslash miscut with something I can’t make out.
Will PSA grade these as miscut cards or send them back?
I think it’s odd only the holos are miscut.
Are they worth anything?

Those are some significant miscuts. PSA will either not grade them, or qualify them with a “MC” for miscut.
The only time PSA has rejected a miscut from me was when the character name or the set number were missing completely from the card. I can only speak for the Pokemon TCG cards though, not topps.
TOPPS are a niche market.
Miscuts are a niche market.
Miscut TOPPS are so niche that you’re going to have the damnedest time finding a buyer.
I would buy a couple miscut topps

Cool stuff! I assume it is Wartortle next to weedle, and then sandslash goes to the right of weedle, so you have a linked pair!
These should be easy to move on the market, but I don’t think they would go for any insane prices. I’d definately be interested in something like this though 
Topps!! I collect those! Hey did you score the uncut sheet @gottaketchumall? It went for like 40 bucks and I never even seen the auction. 
Yea, there is not a huge amount of collectors out there. I think I might be the most focused on the topps sets of all the collectors out there… I’d be willing to take those miscuts off your hands, but yea, they wouldn’t really go for much. Maybe 5 a piece.
@samsamsamsmsms I missed out on it… Threw in the second highest bid and meant to come back and put a higher one but never did. Lost by one or two bid increments, but I have no idea what the winner had as a max bid.
